Who is KLEAN?

“KLEAN” is a division of Kalhat Services and Trading LLC which is Oman’s Pioneer Facility Management, Garden / Horticulture Projects and Maintenance Service Provider company. Established in 1977 we are a part of the SAID SALEM AL-WAHAIBI GROUP OF COMPANIES formerly known as Assarain group of companies.

KLEAN offers one time deep cleaning of your Residential property such as villa or apartment, Commercial property and Office property. We also offer a wide range of other services such as :

How will our relationship work?

Services of KLEAN is predominantly into a one-time service. You are under no contractual obligation as payment is made at each visit. We would prefer to earn your continued loyalty based on our ability to meet your needs than rely on a contractual relationship.

Process:

  1. Client contacts us through our web site / APP/ Toll free number.
  2. Client does a one-time registration subsequently he/she can use the login details to request for services.
  3. In case of a residential property:
  • The client need to choose the package which suits the requirement along with any of our other services.
  • Our customer service team will get in touch with the client and email the final quote.
  • Once the quote is approved our operations team shall get in touch with the client to fix up the date and time for executing the order.
  • After execution of the order client needs to make the payment and collect the receipt.
  1. In case of a Commercial / office property:
  • The client need to provide us the basic information about the property along with any of our other services.
  • Our customer service team shall visit the property and conduct a complete survey and then email the final quote.
  • Once the quote is approved our operations team shall get in touch with the client to fix up the date and time for executing the order.
  • After execution of the order client needs to make the payment and collect the receipt.

 

What work can I expect to be done?

Our services cover deep cleaning activity which include – Basic cleaning and tidying, Window and sills cleaning, Kitchen cleaning, Bathroom and Toilets cleaning and disinfecting, Lights, Fixtures and furniture cleaning, vacuuming and scrubbing of floors, carpet and upholstery vacuuming, High level dusting, AC filter cleaning etc.. Customer can also opt for our other services along with the cleaning packages. We also undertake Façade cleaning, Supply and maintenance of Indoor and outdoor plants, Pest Control Services, Landscape and Irrigation Design, Development and Maintenance, IT/Computer Services and supply, Duct cleaning and Minor Electrical and Plumbing services.

 

Who will clean my property?

Your property will usually be cleaned by a team of fully trained professional home cleaning services staff. For security and your peace of mind, our uniformed maids are full time employees of M/s Kalhat Services and Trading LLC. Enough Care is taken to recruit staff of good quality and character. Also our teams are supervised by well qualified and trained Supervisors who are in turn guided by our operations team.

While in your premises, our staff are not permitted to eat or smoke or use any of your appliances. Our professional home cleaning services training and working practices are designed to ensure that we comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.

 

Which areas are serviced?

Even though Kalhat has its presence in most regions across Oman, our KLEAN services are currently available in Muscat, Sohar and Salalah regions. We have our full-fledged offices in all the regions to carter to your requirement.

 

At what time will the maid team be in my home?

Our offices work normally work Sunday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm but our cleaning operations team work all seven days a week. We are unable to give a specific time on a service day, but we may be able to specify a morning or an afternoon service. However we do make every effort to meet customer preferences.

 

Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?

NO!!! All cleaning equipment, chemicals and janitorial required for the cleaning shall be provided by our professional home cleaning staff. Our staff are well qualified and trained to use the cleaning equipment or supplies to meet the health and safety requirements. For our electrical and plumbing services, the client needs to pay for the spares that may be required. For all our services client is expected to provide electricity and water at no extra charges.

 

Do I have to do anything before my house is cleaned?

We ask you to spend a few minutes tidying where necessary. This will enable us to devote all our time to cleaning and will give you best value for your cleaning fee.

For all our services, payment is made at the time of completion of our activity. Our standard payment option is by debit or credit card or by mode of cash in local currency. Client needs to acknowledge the work order before commencement of work and work completion certificate after completion of work. Payment receipt shall be given for each of the work done.

 

What happens if my scheduled cleaning service falls on a statutory holiday?

The date and time for execution of the work is mutually agreed and we can always make alternative arrangements.

 

How do I arrange special requests, changes or cancellations?

Please call us on our toll free number service, ideally providing them with no less than two working days. If less than two working days are given for a cancellation you will incur a minimum fee of 50% of the clean price.

 

What if something gets broken when my home is cleaned?

We treat your home with the utmost care. But if something is damaged or broken we will leave a note and will contact you as soon as possible. We will make every effort to have the item replaced if it cannot be repaired.
